CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS POLICY

TThank you for deciding to register for the COAE program. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience through our programs, whether virtually or physically.

Below are the terms and conditions that govern our Refund Policy. When you register for a COAE program on our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of use policy and the points below.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Program registrations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and the required fee is received in full.
• In order to cancel/ reschedule a confirmed registration, please submit an email request to crm@coaeint.com within 5 calendar days of registration in order to receive a full refund of paid registration fees. In the case of refund, tax amount/ transfer fee will not be refunded
• No shows and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of registration fee. Thus, if you do not notify in writing about your cancellation or reschedule, or do not attend the program, you would not be offered a refund, nor the option to reschedule.
• COAE may modify its refund policy at any time without notice, provided however that the refund policy in effect at the time of any transaction shall apply to such registrations despite any subsequent change in such policy.

Cancellation by COAE International

• COAE International reserves the right to cancel any program due to unforeseen circumstances at least 30 calendar days in advance of the scheduled program date. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future program date.
• If a training course is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness or force-majeure events like weather or natural constraints, the trainee is entitled to reschedule for a future training course at no extra cost.
• COAE is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class.
